These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ProSEO website, services, and software (the “Service”). By using ProSEO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
To use ProSEO, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ProSEO offers subscription plans that provide a 30 day allocation of credits. Credits are consumed when generating listings. Credits reset on the billing date each 30 day cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-cycle, additional credits are added to your remaining balance. At your next renewal, your plan resets to the credits for your selected tier.
Free Trials: One free trial is allowed per user/device. Abuse of free trials may result in suspension or termination.
Cancellations: If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle. Unused credits after the billing cycle expire.
Refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions include cases where credits were not delivered. In such cases, we will issue a full refund and provide that month’s credits free of charge. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use ProSEO for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes. This includes generating content that violates Etsy’s policies, infringes third-party intellectual property, or engages in deceptive practices. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.
All rights, title, and interest in ProSEO remain our property. Users retain ownership of the outputs they generate, but remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and Etsy’s policies. By providing feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to improve our Service.
ProSEO relies on third-party providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, AWS, Stripe, SaaS Pegasus, MailChimp, and Google Workspace. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms and policies, which may change. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes introduced by third-party providers.
ProSEO is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results such as Etsy rankings or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or repeated intellectual property complaints. Upon termination, your access to credits and the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits, and must bring claims individually.
