• Generated outputs: retained temporarily (up to 30 days) for support/troubleshooting.

• Cookies & analytics: device, browser, IP, and interactions with our site.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Manage accounts, billing, fraud prevention, and support.
• Send essential service communications (account, billing, updates).
• Send marketing emails only with your explicit opt-in consent.
• Analyze usage patterns and improve ProSEO.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with trusted service providers solely to operate the Service, including OpenAI, AWS, Stripe, SaaS Pegasus, and Google Workspace. We may disclose information to legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Data Retention & Logging

We retain basic usage logs for billing and support. Generated outputs are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted. Upon account closure, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30–60 days (unless a longer period is required by law).
